Writings of Joel Bray Marangella
Joel Bray Marangella, appointed by Mason Remey as the third Guardian
and as the President of the embryonic Universal House of Justice (known
as the "Second International Bahá'í Council"), his accession to the
office of the Guardianship occurred automatically upon the activation
by Mason Remey of the Second International Bahá'í Council with Joel B.
Marangella as its head.
The third Guardian is currently the Center of the Cause. His
ministry has been and is devoted to overcoming and eliminating
completely the Most Great Violation of the Covenant of Bahá'u'lláh.

Announcement from the Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith
Extensive documentation has been posted for several years on my
internet Home Page providing irrefutable evidence that Shoghi Effendi,
in complete fidelity to the sacred and immutable provisions of the Will
and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá, appointed his successor and thereby
assured the continuity of the Guardianship of the Cause of God... Read More
A summary of the Bahá'í Faith, its Aims, Teachings and History
The Bahá'í Faith teaches that world unity is the inevitable stage
towards which society has been moving in an age-long process of
development from infancy to maturity; and that to guide mankind in this
evolutionary process the Creator has revealed His Word and His Laws
from age to age through a chosen lntermediary, a Prophet or a
Manifestation of God. For the Bahá'ís these divine Intermediaries have
been mouthpieces voicing... Read More
The Proclamation of the Third Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith
To the faithful supporters of the Covenant of Bahá’u’lláh throughout
the world. Dearly beloved brothers and sisters in El Abhá, Well nigh a
decade has passed since a spiritual catastrophe of undreamt of
magnitude revolving around the Guardianship of the Faith struck at the
very roots of the Cause of Bahá’u’lláh and swept away all but a handful
of stalwart defenders and champions of His Covenant.... Read More
Bahá’u’lláh Promises Continuous Access to a Living Interpeter of His Word
Similarly to Muhammad Who, in referring to the Imams who were destined
to succeed Him and be the sole interpreters of His word, stated in the
Qu’ran: "Ask ye therefore, of them that have the custody of the
Scriptures, if ye know it not." Bahá’u’lláh has likewise cautioned "no
man to interpret the holy words according to his own imperfect
understanding..." or "contrary to his inclination and desires..." Read More
The Tree of the Covenant of Bahá'u'lláh
The world's extant religions have without exception fallen prey to
sectarianism and schism that have preoccupied and divided their
followers to such an extent that the true spirit of the Teachings of
the Authors of their respective Revelations has been so obscured that
the spiritual effect which these Teachings have had on the hearts of
men has been progressively weakened. Sectarianism and schism have
stemmed from differences over interpretation of the Holy Scriptures and
the introduction into the original Teachings of man-made dogmas and
rituals. Had the Founders of the past great religions made specific
provisions concerning the matter of succession; that is, had they
formally designated a successor or established a system whereby a
successor or series of successors would have been endowed with
unequivocal authority to interpret Holy Writ, there would have been no
basis for the divisive interpretations that have sundered these
Faiths... Read More
Commentary
on the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Bahá
The Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Bahá has been described by the first
Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith, Shoghi Effendi, as that "immortal
Document", the "Charter of the New World Order" of Bahá'u'lláh and a
Document which "in some of its features" is "supplementary to no less
weighty a Book than the Kitáb-i-Aqdas" (the Most Holy Book). Shoghi
Effendi has also extolled this Instrument as "His greatest legacy to
posterity, the brightest emanation of His mind and the mightiest
instrument forged to insure the continuity of the three ages... Read More
DOES SHOGHI EFFENDI CONTINUE TO FUNCTION AS THE GUARDIAN OF THE FAITH IN THE NEXT WORLD? How can any Bahá’í who has read the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá rationally claim that the Guardian of the Cause of God continues to exercise his functions in the next world?
For, to so argue, as some incredulously do, how do they rationally explain, notwithstanding the explicit terms of the divinely-conceived and sacred Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá that require the Guardian to preside as “the sacred head and distinguished member for life” of the Universal House of Justice, and “attend in person its deliberations,” he is able to perform this essential role from the next world, and exercise as well the following additional rights and functions conferred upon him in that sacred and immutable Document.... CAN THEY PREVAIL AGAINST "THEIR WILL?"
WILL GOD PERMIT THESE WAYWARD BAHÁ’ÍS TO CONTINUE THEIR BLASPHEMOUS REPUDIATION OF THE DIVINELY-CONCEIVED AND SACRED WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ‘ABDU’L-BAHÁ WITH IMPUNITY, A DOCUMENT THAT SHOGHI EFFENDI ACCLAIMED AS “THEIR WILL” AND “GOD’S IMMUTABLE PURPOSE FOR MANKIND IN THIS DAY”?
Future unbiased, sincere and spiritually minded scholars, initiating a study of the Faith may find it difficult to place their hands on those writings of Shoghi Effendi, the first Guardian of the Bahá’í Faith, in which he discusses at length the Bahá’í Administrative Order, much less find it possible to review the “historic” and “epoch making” messages... The Flagrant and Inexcusable Betrayal of Shoghi Effendi. What were these “highest institutions” and these “supreme organs” of this “unfolding Order” that Shoghi had “at long last” erected “in their embryonic form” at the World Center of the Faith? These “highest institutions,” erected by Shoghi Effendi, in their “embryonic form,” were none other than the Universal House of Justice—this “first embryonic International Institution”—that he had appointed on 9 January 1951, in the only Proclamation he had issued during his ministry and which he had designated, in the first stage of a projected four-fold development, as the “International Bahá’í Council” and his subsequent appointment on 24 December 1951 of twelve Hands of the Cause, as the first contingent of that Institution that he would subsequently increase to a total of ... A Eulogy to Charles Mason Remey

A brief
history
of the violation of the Covenant of Bahá'u'lláh at the World Center of
the Bahá'í Faith following the passing of the first Guardian of the
Bahá'í Faith
This brief historical account is written in the hope that the inquiring
student of the Bahá'í Faith may gain an insight into the true meaning
of loyalty to the Covenant of Bahá'u'lláh as he reviews those events
which took place shortly preceding and immediately following the
passing of Shoghi Effendi, the first Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith, and
which so tragically led to the subversion of the sacred provisions of
the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Bahá and a shameful betrayal of the
acts and works of Shoghi Effendi by a majority of the followers of

The enquirer who has come in contact with the Bahá'í Faith in the past
twenty years has, perhaps, discovered that this Faith, since the
passing of Shoghi Effendi, first Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith, has
become divided into two principal camps: the pro-Guardian (or Orthodox)
Bahá'ís who believe in the uninterrupted continuity of the guardianship
throughout the Dispensation of Bahá'u'lláh and the sans-Guardian (or
Heterodox) Bahá'ís who believe that "God changed His plan" and the
guardianship of the Bahá'í Faith came to an end with the death of the
first Guardian, Shoghi Effendi.... Read More

the Guardianship had come to an end and who then, in place of the Twin

headless body of their own making, and, notwithstanding its obvious
incompleteness, its headless deformity and its shameless assumption of
functions clearly contrary to the provisions of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá’s sacred
