Appropriate leadership should have been by the President of the IBC

Yet, it was Rúhíyyih Khánum who became the Hand’s de facto anointed leader during their meetings after Shoghi Effendi’s death. Appropriate leadership should have been by the President of the IBC, Mason Remey, but the majority of them did not want that. In reading Shoghi Effendi’s instructions, it is clear that Mason Remey was the only one who had been given authority to convene the International Bahá'í Council, yet that was never allowed to happen. The Hands dissolved Shoghi Effendi‘s IBC and *elected* one of their own, which had no God-given authority whatsoever. This signaled the beginning of the end, when they finally removed the invisible thread of Infallibility from their midst. Shoghi Effendi’s instructions were never followed, and it was eventually Mason Remey who was belittled and banished by them. Upon leaving, Mason Remey took the invisible thread of Infallibility with him, leaving them naked. Up until then, they had that unacknowledged and hidden invisible thread in their midst; but now it was gone.

...just as you suspected, that two plus two equals four, rather than five?

While the Guardian relies upon the entire context and scope of the available information, the bogus UHJ has to pick and choose among available segments for whatever they believe will justify their position on any issue at any particular time. The process that the bogus UHJ demands of their believers, and it is my understanding that demand is the correct word, smacks in the face of one of the basic principles of the Faith, *the independent investigation of truth.* Humans are commanded by Bahá'u'lláh to search Holy Writ themselves (such Writings as written by the Three Central Figures of the Faith) to become educated in the ways and precepts of their Faith. Gleaning from the fount of knowledge of Holy Writ, being continually in its presentation and acting in conformance with that is the only manner in which a mature civilization may optimally function. How confusing to a believer it must be when an answer she receives may not fit with what she reads from the Writings the very next day. Is that not like being taught that two plus two equals five, then finding information in the Writings that postulates, just as you suspected, that two plus two equals four, rather than five?

THEIR DEFIANCE OF "GOD'S IMMUTABLE PURPOSE."

Who is guilty of blatantly defying God's immutable Purpose?

Shoghi Effendi writing in his spiritual Testament--The Dispensation of Baha¹u¹llah--states:  "The bedrock on which this Administrative Order is founded is God's immutable Purpose for mankind in this day."

A sans-Guardian and hence headless body with its seat in Haifa exercises its ill-gotten authority over the most of the Baha'i world and despite this glaring deformity and undeniable illegitimacy, falsely and shamelessly represents itself as the Universal House of Justice delineated in the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha whose provisions stipulate that the Guardian of the Cause of God presides over its deliberations as "the sacred and
distinguished member for life."

It should be crystal clear that this imperfect and illegitimate body that is not an Organ of the divinely-conceived Administrative Order, delineated under the provisions of the divinely-conceived provisions of the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha, and has been blatantly established contrary to its sacred provisions, but yet exercises its illegitimate authority over most of the Baha'i world, is flagrantly doing so in complete defiance of
God's immutable Purpose, and is therefore inevitably and justifiably doomed to ultimate extinction.

Another key issue for Baha’is is that a contributing factor to the neutralizing of the Faith by the bogus UHJ is their pattern of not only ignoring the original Writings in their activities, but actually changing key passage in many of the Bahá'í books. It should be understood by all Bahá'ís that its Publishing Trust has published books that contains text modified from the original of some of the books available from them since the passing of the First Guardian. Additionally, when perusing the listing of references immediately following the ITC study, many of those references cite the writings of the present Universal House of Justice for the justification of their existence. The reason for them doing so comes into question when in every instance they could have used topical Writings penned by the Three Central Figures of the Faith, Writings that are considered Holy Writ and the very foundational elements of the Bahá'í Faith. As a result, Orthodox Baha’is, and others who are concerned with authenticity should rely only on those books copyrighted and printed prior to 1957. In all cases of such modification, the author’s original intent has been compromised. I will cite one such example of modification from “Bahá'u'lláh and the New Era,” by J.E. Esslemont, a book that Shoghi Effendi said was one of the three most important for teaching the Bahá'í seeker.

ATTENTION MISLED BAHA'IS!!

POSTED ON BEHALF OF THE GUARDIAN OF THE BAHA'I FAITH

Tragically overlooked by the Hands of the Cause following the passing of Shoghi Effendi on 4 November 1957,  and long since forgotten, is his message addressed to the Baha'i World on 23 November 1952, that resulted  in serious and enduring consequences with an almost fatal impact on the continuance of the divinely-conceived Baha'i Administrative Order bequeathed to us by the infallible Pen of 'Abdu'l-Baha in His sacred Will and Testament, an Order acclaimed by Shoghi Effendi in his work: "The Dispensation of Baha'u'llah" as nothing less than "God's immutable Purpose for mankind in this day."

It was in this message that Shoghi Effendi, significantly and undeniably forecast his early passing, albeit in an indirect manner, while at the same time clearly and unmistakably projecting the essential continuance of the Guardianship, whose living incumbent is the irreplaceable "Center of the Cause" and "the sacred head and distinguished member for life" of the Universal House of Justice.

It was in this same message that he referred to the International Baha'i Council that he had appointed in his Proclamation of 9 January 1951 as "The Central Body," the one and only time he had ever used this term, so as to leave no doubt of the primacy of this institution and furthermore clearly assigned its future role. Yet, upon his passing, this International Council--nothing less than the embryonic Universal House of Justice --would be shamelessly relegated by the Hands of the Cause to a subordinate position to their own in their nefarious seizure of control over the affairs of Faith and illegitimate reign of some five years.

The current Court aggression... to stifle the freedom of speech of Orthodox Bahá'ís

Are those elected individuals of the Heterodox/sans-Guardian Bahá'í leadership so pathetically ignorant about history that they are unaware that faithful followers of all Holy Manifestations of God since Adam have never permitted mere humans to revoke their missions, forcing them to disobey the Holy Prophets in Whom they placed their
Faith and to Whom they gave their hearts?

Faithful Bahá'ís do not permit mere women and men to muzzle them, preventing them from obediently sharing their precious faith with other women and men who need to hear their Message.

The current Court aggression intended to stifle the freedom of speech of Orthodox Bahá'ís exposes such ignorance on the part of that Heterodox leadership on Mt. Carmel and in Wilmette, which leaders evidently fail to understand the concept of faithfulness to Almighty God's Holy Prophets.

Do not become despondent, neither be thou sad....

At long last, it had now become evident, that the Master’s portentous and highly revealing prophecy to Mason Remey concerning his future role contained in a Tablet addressed to him as long ago as 1915 had been fulfilled:

"Verily I beseech God to make thee confirmed under all circumstances. Do not become despondent, neither be thou sad. ERE LONG, THY LORD SHALL MAKE THEE A SIGN OF GUIDANCE AMONG MANKIND." (Star of the West - Vol.V, No. 19, March 2, 1915).

Let us now consider the latter part of the passage quoted from your book on the first page of this letter. You have said that you were only able to survive the Guardian’s death "because I could not abandon him and his precious work . . ." This sentiment is certainly understandable in view of your great love for him and appreciation, more than any of us, due to your closeness to him, of his devoted, untiring, and magnificent labors during his 36 year ministry for the triumph of the Faith and the erection of the Institutions of the Administrative Order of Bahá’u’lláh, as delineated in the Will and Testament of `Abdu’l-Bahá. I find a great paradox in your statement, for, notwithstanding this sentiment, you have acquiesced in, if not presided over, the dismantlement of the very international institutions of the Faith whose final establishment during the concluding years of his ministry represented the crowning achievement of Shoghi Effendi’s long, arduous, and dedicated labors to erect the administrative machinery of the Faith. Were not these achievements hailed by him in a veritable deluge of momentous and historic cablegrams to the Bahá’í world (as found in the book: MESSAGES TO THE BAHÁ’Í WORLD, 1950-1957) extolling the fact that these international institutions had finally been established? For example, in his message of 30 June 1952 (some 5 months before our pilgrimage) he stated:

"At the World Center of the Faith, where, at long last the machinery of its highest institutions has been erected, and around whose most holy shrines the supreme organs of its unfolding Order, are, in their embryonic form, unfolding . . ."

Were not these "highest institutions" and "supreme organs" that had at long last been erected in their embryonic form none other than the Universal House of Justice (i.e. the International Bahá’í Council) and the institution of the Hands of the Cause? Small wonder, then, that Shoghi Effendi could joyfully announce to the Bahá’í world that the "embryonic World Commonwealth of Bahá’u’lláh" had been established in all of its perfection and glory and he could as his ministry drew to its conclusion derive the greatest satisfaction and joy in the knowledge that he had faithfully discharged, with the erection of these institutions, and in the planning and inauguration of the Ten Year Global Crusade, every mandate bequeathed to us by the Master.

Second Unanswered Letter to Rúhíyyih Khánum

If they truly believed....

During this month of fasting, Bahá'ís refrain from food and drink each day during the hours between sunrise and sunset in obedience to Bahá'u'lláh's law.  They do this because they truly believe that Bahá'u'lláh is the Manifestation of God for this age, and that He has revealed the laws necessary for human growth, peace, justice and tranquility. Bahá'ís believe there is a power in this Revelation, and that God firmly rules this creation, so that the ultimate victory of the Cause of God is assured. "All the kingdoms of heaven and earth and whatever is between them are God's, and His power is supreme over all things." [From the Báb, protection prayer] "Never be depressed. The more ye are stirred by violation, the more deepen ye in firmness and steadfastness, and be assured that the divine hosts shall conquer, for they are assured of the victory of the Abha Kingdom." [From Selections from the Writings of `Abdu'l-Bahá, p. 211]

So if we are assured of the victory of the Cause of God over violators and other enemies, what is there to fear from them?  If one is truly faithful, and truly believes that one is firm in the Covenant, there is nothing to fear from those who oppose the Faith.

But the actions of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of the United States headquartered in Wilmette, Illinois ("NSA") lead me to question whether all Bahá'ís truly believe in the ultimate victory of the Cause, or that they have faith of their own firmness in the Covenant.

If they truly believed, they would not be so concerned about increasing their numbers, constantly seeking to proselytize the Faith, seeking fresh recruits to the organization, and frequently requesting more and more funds from their members to fund the organization's growth.  If one is assured of victory, then one must believe that one's duty is to merely inform the world of the Teachings, making the Teachings available, and then rely upon God to awaken to the Truth those whom God sees fit to bring in to His Cause.

If they truly believed, they would not seek to silence the Orthodox Bahá'ís and others who challenge the legitimacy of their leadership, and who seek to inform the world about the Truth of the Covenant of Bahá'u'lláh, to the point of taking them to federal court and appealing their loss to the Court of Appeals in Chicago, seeking to topple the legal traditions of the United States for religious freedom.  Using a legal technicality (arguing that a final Judgment cannot be attacked no matter how unlawful it is) and obfuscating their true position (that the only people who can call themselves Bahá'ís are those authorized by their sans-Guardian UHJ) from the appeals court. If one is assured of victory, and that one's position is correct, there is no reason to run from argument or to obfuscate one's position. They should confidently assert their claim for leadership and allow Bahá'ís everywhere to fully consult upon and discuss the legitimacy of their leadership, allowing the Truth to prevail, and allowing the matter to be decided in the hearts of the Bahá'ís instead of attempting to enforce their leadership by having a secular judge decide the question.

If they truly believed, they would not squelch dissent and discussion within their own ranks. They would allow freedom of the members to independently investigate the truth for themselves.  They would not attempt to dictate the actions and thoughts of their members by coercion, shunning, sanctions, and threats. Instead, they would allow all matters to be freely consulted upon.

Where there is fear, there one finds a lack of faith.

So ask yourself why the leadership of the sans-Guardian organization, with all of its money, power, and influence, and with its claims of religious legitimacy, is so afraid of a tiny band of persons faithful to the living Guardian?

If they truly believed, they would not fear us.

something is very disastrously in error...

Each successor Guardian is simultaneously one of the "chosen ministers" of the Covenant of Bahá'u'lláh as defined by Shoghi Effendi.  The Guardians are His "chosen ministers".

Elected individuals in the Bahá'í Faith are in no way directly connected to that hereditary principle of the Bahá'í Faith which principle ensures that an unscrupulous man will never become head of the Bahá'í Faith.  Elected individuals do not and cannot carry forward
the hereditary principle of the Bahá'í Faith.  For that very reason, we quickly perceive that something is very disastrously in error when we read these words recorded on page 397 of the Heterodox Bahá'í publication, The Bahá'í World 1954-1963:

"The members of all the National and Regional Spiritual Assemblies of the Bahá'í world, duly constituted in Ridván 1960, will take part in a postal ballot to elect nine members to the International Council. This International Bahá'í Council is to work under the direction and supervision of the Hands of the Cause residing in the Holy Land..."

True seekers and all sincere Bahá'ís will take careful note of that gross distortion of the Master's sacred Instructions which distortion eliminates the hereditary principle of the Bahá'í Faith, replacing the chosen and appointed head of the legitimate International Bahá'í Council, appointed by the first Guardian, with totally elected membership.

Yes, unity without justice is tyranny...

The disobedience by sans-Guardian believers to those many, many clauses of the sacred and immutable Will and Testament of `Abdu'l-Bahá is immense injustice. That disobedience is most certainly not 'paying back to God the things that are God's'

And to force such disobedience/injustice upon Bahá'ís around the Earth in order to produce unity is rank tyranny, no different than the tyranny imposed upon women and men throughout history by totalitarian regimes.

Yes, unity without justice is tyranny, even when found amongst Bahá'ís.
